Grand Lodge September 2018 |
| On Tuesday 11th September 2018, Mark Mason from across the UK descended upon Great Queen Street in London for the September Communication of Grand Mark Lodge. This included a goodly number from the Province of West Lancashire led by our ProvincialGrand Master RW. Bro. Keith Alan Beardmore. |
| The normal business meeting held in September, had been rearranged to accommodate the Promotions in Past Grand Rank which have previously been given at the June meeting, and what a successful meeting it was. The Pro. Grand Master MW Bro Raymond J Smith presided and it was pleasing to see the hall so much fuller than is normal in September. |
| Amongst those receiving honours were our own West Lancashire members: Gareth Royston Jones, Chorlton Mark 394, Eric Picton, Preston Mark143, who each received PSGD Graham Taylor Bailey, Chorlton Mark 394, Melvyn Cross, Bispham with Norbreck Mark 866, John Henry Mayor, Aeon Mark 1312 James Francis Rogers, Wyre Mark 754 and John Waring Leyland 1002 who all received PJGD |
| Following the ceremonial, we all departed to the various watering halls on Great Queen Street before dining in fine style at the Grand Connaught Rooms. |
